PP Biaxial geogrid is made of polypropylene through extrusion, punching and heating before longitudinal and lateral stretching. This material has considerable tensile strength in longitudinal and lateral directions. This chain structure can effectively bear and diffuse forces on soft soil and is applicable to large area permanent load bearing foundation as reinforce. So that it can effectively avoid crack, collapse on the surface. It is mainly used reinforced in soft soil project of highway, railway, slope protection and garbage disposal engineering.

Properties:

High unidirectional tension resistance, good creep resistance and stable chemical nature, high fiction factor with sandy and stone, high plane torsion modulus, high mechanic damage resistance, it can improve bearing foce of foundations to about 40%, increase diffusion angle(from 38℃ to 50℃).

Usage:

Used in reinforcement of road beds of various railways, highways, airport, large parking area, dock goods yard and reinforcement of mile, gallery, etc.
